Coral Costa Caribe 01/18/01

We have just returned from the D.R., we had traveled with Canada 3000 and had a great time. The Coral Costa Caribe is and excellent place to stay, it is all stone work, rather than sand on the interior of the resort, up to the beach areas. All the staff are so friendly, and are constantly cleaning or entertaining. The buffet and snack bars were great. Making reservations for the restraunts was a pain, but otherwise it was terrific. If you go there you MUST take the jeep safari, ask for Paul as your tour guide, he loves to have a good time. For snokeling we just went 15 min. from the resort, and ended up on the local beach, much cheaper than the tours, and very good. Parasailing was great, and Saona island tour with Franklin, on the catamaran was awesome to. It is a great place. For shopping go just outside the resort- there is a little single shop had great bartering fun and good deals compared to the plazas.
