I visited the Gran Ventana hotel 2nd September - 17th September 2001. I have not got one bad word to say about the resort. The rooms were very clean and always left spotless by the cleaners. The pools were lovely and had a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and had a range of different foods for different people and different tastes. The staff were so friendly, no matter whether they were cleaners, staff from the restaurant or even bosses they would always smile and greet you as you walked passed them. I would like to make a special mention about the fun team they were great and provided great entertainment and they made the holiday every enjoyable. The resort was also close to a number of good discos including the crazy moon, and it was safe to walk there and back at night, as there would always be guards, guarding the resort. I would recommend the Gran Ventana hotel to any one of any age, as it is suitable for everyone and it is the friendliest place I have ever been.
