The Gran Ventana was a wonderful resort! The entertainment wasn't too good. They should expand the entertainment to fit people's interests. I loved the beach and snorkling! The rooms were always spotless, and the building always kept clean. The food was wonderful. The only other drawback was that I got a really bad sunburn, but I'm not blaming the resort!!
