We agree whole hearted with casa marina beach and reef 01/08/02 but would like to add tips. We had read that the food was repetitive, it was not. It was a very good buffet every day. The staff were very friendly, service great, housekeeping great(read it wasn't), we even took toilet paper because we read that it was like sand paper. Not pillowy soft but certainly fine. Everything very clean, rooms, beach, etc. Take shampoo etc. Personal items in the gift shop very expensive. Good to have a water container for the room for rinsing toothbrush etc. Have purifyed water everywhere at the resort. Helpful to check out prices of some items at the gift shop before shopping elsewhere to get an idea. Dutyfree at the airport much cheaper for alcohol ($7.50us for tequila) Should get cigs dutyfree before arrival as new tax on return for Canadians. Surf n turf was a great adventure, well worth it. jeffandmar
