Our room was dirty, toilet not cleaned and we had to ask for another room but denied twice even though the hotel was not full until our local tour operator intervened. Breakfast was good but the rest of the meals were fair. Dont' bother waiting 2-3 days to get reservations to their specialty restaurants, the buffet restaurant is better. Aside from the beautiful beach, all the other areas of this hotel services needs a lot improvement. I would never stay in any LTI establishment.
