No towels till late afternoon, never salt and pepper on the tables, rooms were not cleaned until 5-6 pm, staff didn't seem to care. Took the information down but nothing ever got done. On the up side the property is beautiful, pools nice,food good,beaches pretty nice, watersports are good. For a 4* we were very disappointed in the overall service we got - it was rated a 2* maybe.
