We have just returned from the Bahia Principe I read all the reviews before we left and was suprised to hear about the staff being poor, we have traveled alot and the staff were better than excellent food was very good rooms cleaned every day, we had a few minor problems but they were sorted out within a matter of a telephone call.....The overall complex is very good if you are thinking of going do it... value for money was excellent we paid £600.00 each and we wernt disapointed. The only thing I would say is if you like white sandy beach dont expect to much its man made but sand is sand to us...... one last point if go do the boat trip from the hotel beach only £15.00 for 1/2 a day well worth it...... Happy Hoidays....
