Excellent
This was the best holiday of my life! The resort was absolutly stunning!I have never been anywhere where the place is so well looked after. They have gardners who work everyday and make there way around the complex cutting grass, trimming trees and pruning plants. The maids are brilliant, we had clean towels every morning and everything was made into a fan! She was very friendly even though she could not speak a word or english. The mini bar was also filled first thing before you went out.
The food at the buffet was very good, not all to my liking but the majority of people there filled there plate for every meal. The Italian is outstanding for lunch with an excellent range of foods on offer. The mexican was also very nice even though i am not a huge fan. The mediterranean was the best, we had a great meal and the service was excellent. Service in all restuarants is brilliant, water offered as soon as you sit down and plates taken the moment you finish. In the mediterranian we had a bottle of wine and the waiter who looked after our table was so efficient we never had to poor a glass for ourselves!
The drinks are great if you like them strong! The spirits aren't measured its half spirit half mixer. The beer is very nice its called Presidente and 6% and tastes good.
The pools have something for everyone. A quiet one with jacuzzi for relaxing, a water basketball one for a bit of sport and the main one which is huge an has a swim-up-bar. This has water aerobics, water polo and games everyday. There are always loungers available and towels provided each day to lie on.
The beach is clean and safe for all ages, its also quite shallow foe 50 yards.
Its a very active complex and the animation team will try an drag you up for all sorts (beach volleyball, beach football, games etc..).
I can not stress how clean the complex is, so many staff are working throughout the day all over the place.
Nightlife is excellent, brilliant entertainment on site till 11pm an then down the adjoining strip till 3am. The strip has bars, a club and casino (all free bar the casino).
All the excursions are worth doing but i strongly recommend the catamaran, great entertainment, free food and drink. The day involves swimming with fish that will eat from your hand! You will visit a few coral reefs and get a funny show at the end from the crew.
Overall a very welcoming, clean, beautiful complex with great entertainment and food.
I strongly recommend this complex and if this review does not make you go i dont know what will!
If facilities improve slightly i can soon see this becoming a 5* resort.
