Stayed one week. Arrived 3pm was not checked for 3 hours. First room I was given had not been cleaned. No full oceanview just a glimpse of ocean in the horizon. But they advertise oceanview should be more honest with extent of view and say partial oceanview. Was falsely accused on day 4 of overstaying. Was told had to give proof that had paid for 7 days. I told them they had my proof in the voucher they insisted that I show proof. I demanded to see my voucher. They produced it after and hour only to show me someone else's voucher with the same last name. No one ever apologized to me. I left message for GM and even wrote a letter never had decency to contact me. Room never cleaned properly sand all over floor once I left sand in tub found it there even after room had been cleaned. Food adequate nothing I would ever pay for. Beach frequently ran out of towels. And don't get me started on trying to get a diet drink at this place. The worse vacation I've ever had. Everytime I walked by lobby some irate guest was yelling at front desk staff. All you heard in restaurant and beach and pool was complaints making for a tense atmosphere. Nite life terrible and basically non-existent. So much more negative but this is the gist. Spend a little more money you'll save a ton of aggravation. This hotel deserves 4 negative stars.
