Iberostar Punta Cana 01/25/2003

I went to the Iberostar Punta Cana from Jan 6 to Jan 13. This is by far the best resort that I have ever stayed in. The only complaint that I had about the resort was that there buffet food was not that good. But I was always able to find something that I liked (on some days it was a burger or a hotdog). We ate at three specialty restaurants, the food was good at those. The place was spotless and the people were always happy and helpful. I had the oppertunity to check out some of the other resorts around there, and the Iberostar was by far the best. The beaches were always kept spotless and the water was great. The Iberostar Dominicana seemed like it was the same as the Iberostar Punta Cana, so if you find the Iberostar Dominicana to be cheaper, go for it. The room that we stayed in was always clean, and our fridge was always restocked. We did only one excursion, it was the snorkling trip that let us drive a two person speed boat. It costed about $54 and was fully worth it. I would go back to Punta Cana and I would go back to this resort.
