Bahia Principe Hotel & Resort San Juan 02/18/2003

My husband (30) and I (27) are British and have just returned from a fantsitic holiday which we will both hold very special memories of forever.
The actual resort was beautiful and very clean, all the staff were just amazing, friendly, efficient and genuinely enjoying making our holiday as special as they could.
A special thank-you to the entertainment staff who were the best, they worked so hard and really got everyone involved but did not pester you if you did not want it. They should have a 4 star rating for Execellent of their own.
There was plenty of food which was very varied and amazing considering the amount of people that they have to cater for.
The beach and Pools were fine and they were regularly cleaned.
The only thing we could say bad about the resort was that we found some of the guests there very rude to the staff which was just not needed and unfortunately these were Canadian people. I myself have Canadian relatives and I have never seen them talk or treat people like I saw a lot of Canadians on this holiday.
We will definately go back because the Dominican people were fantastic and the resort was spot on but I don't think we will "bite our tongue" when it comes to rude guests next time!!!!!
