Our stay at the Hamaca was very pleasant. The food was good and our room was great, we could see the beach from our terrace. The hotel's ambience although pleasant is more for the younger generation and singles. Although the beach was great for a non-swimmer like myself due to the shallow water and the sheer joy of running after the school of fishes, I cannot help but compare it to our stay at the LTI in Punta Cana. The ambience there was different - not sleazey-like. The great advantage to the Hamaca is that you are so close to the Capital and the airport. Very much worth a try!
