This was our second trip in three years to this resort. We came back to the same resort for obvious reasons...because we liked it the first time.
The rooms are very clean, and spacious,the whole resort is kept very clean.
We took a room upgrade this time and were very pleased with the little extas this included, like bathrobes and slippers and beachtowels and mini fridge in our room. They also provided a bath-gel and shampoo dispenser in the tub/shower.
The quality of the bedding and towels was above average.
We also were provided with a designated staff/desk for all our requests and check-in. We checked in in about 10 minutes, our room were ready and waiting, and any little problem was very quickly resolved by our "designated staffer." The service was very good. Most of the staff spoke some English and some were quite fluent. We found the staff very friendly, clean and helpful. At no time did they ever ask for money or anything else. It was truly "all-inclusive".
The food was varied and always served hot and in very clean surroundings. The "grill restaurant" Les Reses, is the best we have had anywhere, even in Canada! (no menu, they bring you a bit of everything off the grill on a spit).
I would recommend this resort to family and friends and recommend they get the room up-grade and the service that provides.
We travelled with "Transat Tours", and found the flight and its crew pleasant and the plane comfortable and clean. The transfer from airport to resort was well organized and took less than 30 minutes.
The Transat representative was polite and helpful, and seemed interested that we enjoy our stay.
We hope to return to this 4-star resort again for the third time in the near future.
The pictures on-line can not really give you a sense of what it is really like. I guess you will have to try it for yourselves.
