Swept Away in Negril is the most romantic, beautiful place I've ever been to. The staff is incredible, the food is just as incredible. It is a couples only resort, so if you are looking for a romantic getaway, this place is for you. My husband and I got married on the beach there 3 years ago and there hasn't been one place yet that compares (we have been trying different places). It's a little pricey, but I would pay it again in a heart beat. In fact, they have a special going on right now, if you book by June 30th you receive a free night. You might ask, why don't we go back? Ok, I'll tell you. We are taking the kids with us this fall and kids aren't allowed at this particular resort. If you are into romance, I would definately check out their website.
