My husband and I are going back to Enchanted Garden for the sixth time this November. We love the grounds, food and the service. This is one of the most romantic and relaxing places we have been to and we have been to quite a few caribbean islands. There is also a fun disco for night life which is open until at least 2 a.m. The beach is private and lovely but you must take a bus which leaves every 1/2 hour or so all day long. The resort itself is set in a botanical garden setting on the side of a mountain with lovely waterfalls throughout the grounds. The restaurants are all unique and the food is excellent. You can choose anything from a grilled steak by the pool to Eastern cuisine served at a table or on cushions on the floor in a tent like setting. The French restaurant has a waterfall and the Asian restaurant lets you sit in the floor setting or at a traditional table. We invited my sister and her husband to join us two years ago and they will be returning with us for the third time this year. My son and his girlfriend will also be going with us for the first time this year...want to bet they will be joining us next time!
