Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort, Montego Bay 08/13/01

I've just arrived home from a stay at this resort and it has been one of the best holidays I have ever had!(and Ive had a lot) From the moment we reached the airport in Jamaica everything ran smoothly, no queues, quick transfer and helpful staff. We went there in July/Aug period which was supposedly the quiet season and it was lovely. No rush to the beach or pool in the mornings, everyone had a seat.The children were very well catered for with the clubs and activities and it was a lively and quiet resort at the same time!! The food was brilliant with the restaurants serving top quality food, better than any all inclusive ive ever seen such as red snapper, pasta, chicken, as well as traditional Jamaican food in the buffet. There are lots of drinks to choose from (although i must say that the alcohol was watered down!oh well excuse to have more!) The only real problem was the maid service as they sometimes didntclean the rooms till late afternoon and one day they missed us completely!! I managed to do scuba diving there which is a must for any person as it was amazing and the instructor were great.The pool is big and there is an adults pool completely secluded elsewhere. It was hot, friendly, fun and the time flew. I would love to go back there.One tip is to do any trips privately rather than organised with travel company as we were disappointed with ours. But overall its amazing yeah mon!
