Breezes Resort Runaway Bay 04/20/02

We were there from 3/29/02 through 4/5/02 to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and can't wait to return someday. Many of the people we met there had been there several times, which speaks for itself. We found the food in all foue eating places on the premises fresh and well prpared, with a wide variety from American fare to Jamaican specialties. Martinos', their Italian restaurant, had excellent waitstaff, friendly, attentive, and fun to talk to. The rooms are nothing fancy, but are clean and comfortable, and to be honest, many of the people don't spend much time in the anyway. There is so much to do there!. The golf is excellent, and we had an awesome caddy who made it fun,and could read the greens like a Tour caddy. My wife was into Scuba,but hadn't gone since high school, went on three dives, and had the time of her life, as they are a 5 star PADI-rated resort. The tennis courts are also great, but I suggest you play at night when it's cooler, and there is no wind. There are abundant watercraft available, and the snorkeling is great, and close to the beach. If you want to have a fun time at a reasonable price, we suggest you give Breezes Runaway Bay a try. We will again!
