I visited this resort with my husband and friends and did not enjoy my stay. The people tended not to be very accomodating. Considering that I am from the caribbean, I had hoped the people at this resort at least say "hello" when I greeted them. Also although you choose the all inclusive package, unless you choose the platinum package. You will face surcharges and "premium charges" at the fancy resstaurants. This is not an all inclusive resort. It is a resort with an all inclusive option. As a result, there is not food available all the time and their very strict about taking food our of the other restaurants. The beach was sub par. The pools however, were very nice and the rooms were well kept. This hotel accepts tips though so your service may be inconsisten and completely contingent upon how much you tip. I went to couples in Negril 6 months before and I would rather spend the extra money and go there.
