My wife and myself have just returned from a two week holiday at this resort, and to be quite honest, we have never been so dissapointed in all our life.

The Hotel public areas and grounds were filthy, the staff grossly under trained and the sevice of which Sandals pride itself on totally non exsistant.

These views are not confined to my wife and myself, but were shared by the majority of the guests.

The food although acceptable, was lacking in variety as the menus were the same day in and day out.

Although the entertainment team tried thier best,they were confined by an obvious lack of budget, which was apparent by the "Acts" booked to perform.

Furniture in the public areas, especially in the bars, was way past it's sell by date, ripped and worn and the sun loungers soiled and broken.

Service in the bars was extremelly slow, due to staffing levels, which were totally inadeqaute, and premium drinks forever running out, to be substituded by "cheaper" local brands.
