After reading reviews that were not so good we visited the resort in March 2002 with six total guests. We were impressed from the minute we steped off of the bus from the airport. People were very friendly and the resort seemed very alive. The accomodations were wonderful. It was ideal for a group of people because we shared our on private pool right outside our doors. The beach wsa not directly on the property (a bus ride away) but once you got use to the system you didn't think too much about it. There was so much to do. Do not miss the spa. Try the steam room.

We visited Grand Lido Negril in 2000 and paid double the price. Do not pay double it's not worth it. We will go back. You can not beat the price.
