We made reservations well in advance of our stay to assure the room type, but upon arrival we were given a room across the road from the beach, even though I had copies of correspondence indicating we had paid for an ocean view room. The management made no apologies or offer to reduce rate to garden view,so I was very disappointed. I will say that my room was clean, and George saw to it that we had what we needed. Interesting note: I was not allowed to check out to find another hotel, they charged my card the whole amount when I arrived, and would not credit it back...
