I just came back form this resort in my 25 years of traveling I was very disapointed. They promote it as a all inclusive but I was nickle and dimed to death. Hope you like buffet for every meal are you will be paying to eat your meals. I was there with my two boys 9/11 when we arrived I was given a King bed for the 3 of us. Nice a mom really likes wanting to sleep with there sons. (NOT) I contact the front office and was told I was too early. Not true. My sliding glass door was broke the whole time I was there the bed was a boxspring and the pools and hottubs were gross. You ask how gross both kids ended up with ear infections as well as about another 15-20. I spoke with many people one woman explained to me she had a family of mice living in her room. Most staff didnt want to work in my eyes. I was at the main bar at 1045am to get a soda and was told he wasn't open asking when did you open he explained 1030am. It wasnt all bad my bathroom didnt leak like others. I was told it was a brand new property when booking. This is true its the old Trelawny resort. I wish you well if you dont expect much out of a Three Star. Your sure to enjoy just remember to bring you check book just about everything is extra.
