Last Sept my husband and I stayed here. Overall, service was quite slow, room was not ready at check in, however, we were able to use facilities ahead of time of check in. We went all inclusive. Best thing to do. There was a hurricane coming the week we arrived which made our stay quite rainy. Great for families, however, we left our four kids with a relative at home. I have some more advice for anyone who has stayed there or plans on it. please email me. thanks . enjoy.
