Sunset Beach Resort and Spa All-Inclusive

My husband and I went to this resort for 1 week in November. The water park was fantastic. Not many people knew about it and we almost had it to ourselves. The employees at the customer help desk were not helpful at all. We found out more things from other guests than them. The females just weren't interested in helping and were so very slow. Sometimes we were just ignored. The food was good, but it got to be the same old things. By the end of our week we just had to go somewhere else to eat. The hotel and property were clean. The maid service was usually slow, but then again we were on the 8th floor. Drinks were served in plastic white 8 oz. cups. They got old real fast. The bartenders were always great-good drinks and fast service. The beach needed to be cleaned up daily-too many sloppy and lazy vacationers-they can't pick up after themselves. We did enjoy our trip but some things do need some changing.
