What a disappointment this resort is. Ritz Carlton prices for Holiday Inn service!. We were there for 4 nights, and the list of things that the hotel screwed up are far too numerous to mention. The service was adequate at best, and the whole resort is really run down. Very high prices ($60 per person for airport transfers??) at these prices you can go anywhere else. Don't waste your money.
