The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breeze was welcome. Most of the rooms overlook the pool and many are studios with full kitchens. The food was very good but sometimes the service was on "island time", but I was on holiday so I really didn't care. The price was very reasonable for the room and like everywhere else in the Caribbean the food was a bit pricey. (US$16.00 for hot breakfast, US$25.00 for dinner). The only thing I missed was the sound of the sea, the beach is a bit of a walk. If I stay on St. Kitts again, it will probably be at Frigate Bay. J.R.
