Timothy Beach Resort 02/07/2005

Back from a 4 day stay at TBR in the last week of January. We had a 1-bedroom suite. Loved the room, in particular the balcony which was perfect for lying in the sun. Though we walked alot to the Marriott for dining, we loved TBR more because it's quiet and non-commercial and actually feels like an isolated Caribbean island resort, rather than a big tourist resort that could be anywhere. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. TBR sits against a big hill which makes for a cozy tropical feel. The beach is great. The only negative was the food which was alright for some meals. However lots of options are nearby and it gave us a chance to explore the island.
