Just to let you all know, the Rex St Lucian, where I stayed on my visit to the island was wonderful. Before I went I was slightly wary about the hotel as I hadn't heard many good reports about it on this forum. It is a fantastic hotel to stay in, you look out of your bedroom in the morning onto the beach, it is just fantastic. The food is lovely (I must have put on 2 stone since I went), they have an excellent variety, they have very different entertainment on every night of the week, and all its staff are wonderful. They also have a gym, and a wee shopping mall enclosed.
This hotel caters for people wanting to go either all-inclusive or not inclusive, we went all inclusive, and it really was brillant, I wouldn't change a thing about it if I were to return tomorrow.
The people are probably it's greatest asset, they are so unbelievably friendly. The hotel itself is brillant.
I would recommend anyone who is at the moment deciding on where to stay, to stay in the Rex St Lucian, as I know when I return, I'll definatly go back!
