we just returned from 7 days at ti kaye village in st.lucia. its a hard to get to new resort. in true st.lucian fasion, the road is bad and becuase its so new, the landscaping has not quite caught on. the rooms are really great, we had a room with a plunge pool and the view is excellent. its on a cliff so there are many steps to get to the beach. the restaurant produces some fine dining, made by the chef rob who took us to a friday night fish fry in the nearby village of anse la raye. the private garden showers are an excellent touch. nick, the owner, and jeannine run the place. they made us feel right at home. they actually built the place and i can see they put alot of themselves into it. we will definitely be back. i want to wish nick and jeannine all the success they deserve!
