I really can't say enough good things about the Hyatt in St. Lucia. The location, the grounds, the people, and the service were all superb.The one thing I have to over-emphasize is the service and how friendly ALL, and I do mean all, of the employees are. I just can't say enough about it. It was far and away the best service we received anywhere on the island. Granted we did not stay at any other hotels, but we did experience other restaurants, and nothing compared to the service and friendliness we received at the Hyatt.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with a big bathroom, and nice veranda. We had the beach view room, which was excellent. We had such a pretty view, I took several photos from our veranda.
The only thing I would have wished for is more food options in their restaurants. The food was great, although pricey, and the service was beyond excellent. We probably never would have left the hotel to eat if there had been more food variety, simply because of the convenience and the excellent service.
Overall, I absolutely loved this place. It was expensive, but worth it. If I were to go back to St. Lucia, I would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend it. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
