Excellent
We honeymooned here February 17-24 and loved every minute of it!!!!! We thought the food was great, maybe not the best we have ever had, but still MUCH MUCH better than we are used to....Halcyon had a great mellow feel to it.... We are 25 and 24 y.o. but I don't think we could've taken much of the bigger Sandals "Party" atmosphere. It seemed to be much busier, when we went for dinners the bars were all packed, and people tended to do much more drinking (not that we are non-drinkers).
Activities:
Do the Day-Sail!!!!!! The catamaran around the Island was fantastic!!! The guides are a lot of fun, and you really get to see some of the interesting things on the island...
The sunset cruise is also very beautiful, we were able to take some gorgeous photographs.
Shopping was a fun diversion for the morning...
The locals were a blast to talk to, even the vendors on the beach, never a hassle... the "No Pressure, No Problem" attitude is in full effect. Daniel, one of the vendors offered to let us keep his necklaces until the next day when we could pay him.... very cool... Never felt threatened...
Anyway, I had the most romantic, and fun honeymoon I could have hoped to have....
