I wish there was a lower rating because this resort does not deserve even a fair rating.Reviewers Rating: Great
Airline/Resort Check-In: The ride was uncomfortable but informative. There was no airconditioning in the vehicle which past by the drug rehab and mental institution which is just a moments away from the resort. The ride was entirely through the poverty stricken areas where diseased and overly thin animals were abundant. The roads are very hilly with many sharp turns. Upon arriving at the resort we had an awful greeting followed by us being told to leave out belongings in the entrance and head up the stairs where they take a credit card imprint, serve champagne and give you a toiletry bag. We were then led down the dirty hallways which had many broken decorations on the archways.... THe room had many things not working - like a/c, blinds, the plaster was cracking in the bathroom and there was yellow goo and cobwebs on the lamps....
The Room: We originally booked the premium room and switched to a concierge level suite after our wedding ceremony. THere were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom and piles of bugs in the freezing cold plunge pool. Concierge service was non existent.
The Food: Overall, the food was mediocre and certainly not five star cuisine by any stretch of the imagination. The service was awful innacurate and rude.
The bars: Limited hours and alternating closures...the pool bars was closed A LOT!
General: There are cats scrounging around while you eat and birds flying overhead in the paviliion eating off peoples plates. There is nudity at the main pool and while we were there there were nmnay kids on the beach disrupting our time (hoping on and off our sailboat)...but we were told too bad because the beach is public and anyone can go there.
Entertainment: The only good night was Sunday night...the music was incredible. the other 8 nights - nothing exciting. Most of the theme nights advertised are non-existant.

Overall service and viewpoint. This is an awful resort with managment that simply doesn't care and are not approachable. Every step of the way is a headache from checking in to checking out. They simply don't care about anything after you have paid the money.
Before going to any all-inclusive calculate how much $$ 's worth you will actually eat and drink....
This place is a not worth it.
Every resort offers ammenties, but at the other resorts the equipment works. At this Resort most things were broken down or "out-of-service"
