St.Lucia is a beautiful Island, but the service is terrible everywhere you go. This hotel sucks! The service is terrible, incredibly slow. I waited 20 min at the pool bar for a drink. The food wasn't too bad, but not good either. The staff is rude, not helpful at all. They make it seem as though you're bothering them if you need a drink or anything. The rooms are old with bad plumbing. There were ants, roaches and lizards in our room. This hotel is also full of Brits with their crying babies. They seem to love it there, but anyone who is use to Mexico and 4+ star hotels will hate it. I heard that the service was bad at other hotels as well, even at Sandals. If you've been everywhere else in the world then go to St.Lucia, but don't stay there. Take a cruise with a day trip, check out the pitons the diamond falls and the volcano and get out, there is nothing else to see. If you absolutely must stay there, go to the hilton, it was the best hotel I saw there.
