Club St Lucia by Splash All-Inclusive 03/12/2004

My husband and I visited Club St Lucia by Splash in February 2004. We are both in our 20's and are frequent visitors to the Caribbean. We arrived at the resort when it was dark and got showed to a room at the front of the complex. The room was small and dirty, the walls had marks on them and we were sharing the room with a family of ants.
We were unable to sleep due to the noise coming from the disco which pounded through the wall untill 2am. We were eventully moved rooms to the humming bird village which was what I would expect of a basic room and not of a upgrade.
The main buffet resturant was dirty and the food was terrible it can only be described as a motor way service station. The swimming pools were dirty and the tiles around the pool area a hazard.
This is the worst hotel complex I have ever been to.
