I have just returned from my second visit to Club St Lucia and again, I loved it. I have two young children (3 and 4) who had a great time, as did my husband who spent a great deal of time in the racquet club.
This is a 3 star BUDGET resort. If you want 5 star luxury, then pay twice the price and go somewhere else. If, however, you want a fun-packed holiday then this is the place for you.
The family suites in Magic Parrot Village are superb, clean spacious and the linen and towels changed daily. The pools are also cleaned every morning and there are 5 in total. A large main pool with kids area, water slide pool, swim up bar and an adults only pool on the main complex. Plus a small quiet pool in the racquet club.
The food is fine, there is a good selection every day at the main restaurant (international grill) which is buffet style, and there are 4 other restaurants which are reservation only - I can highly recommend Beaches. Sitting on the beach eating fresh bar-b-qued red snapper by candlelight was wonderful. One of the restaurants is adults only too.
The entertainment is varied and the Magic Action Team are superb. Neither us or the children were bored. All the staff are friendly, (although I have seen other guests being very rude to them which I was disgusted with) and I believe this is the main reason why so many people return to this resort.
We are already planning a 3rd trip as the resort has everything we need for a great holiday for us all.

In summary, this is a great 3 STAR resort, don't go expecting luxury, but expect to have a lot of fun.
