Ferry to beach no longer in service, did not see free shuttle to beach the 2 days we tried to utilize. Food is OK, room was spacious and clean but smelled musty. We left an entire drawer full of my husband's clothes there. Called them a few hrs after leaving the resort and told them the exact drawer the clothes were in and was told someone would check and I should call back the next day. Called back the next day and was told the maid was not there that day and I should call back the next day. I called back the next day and was again told that the maid was not there that day and I should call back the next day. I explained to him that I had been told that every day and that no one had helped me yet. He said to call back later and he would check on it for me. He was very nice. I called back later and was finally told that the clothes were not there. I realize that we are at fault for leaving the clothes, but I can't help but to think that if someone had been kind enough to check the drawer for me the first day my husband would not have had to juggle 2 pair of shorts for the remaining 11 days of our vacation. We went to Ti Kaye from Marlin Quay and there is not anywhere to shop for nice shorts.
