This resort is an absolute nightmare!! The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The service is unacceptable!! The bars and restaurants are extremely understaffed and the wait staff typically act as though they are irritated with their jobs. The rooms are outdated and filthy. The beds are perhaps the most uncomfortable hotel beds in the world. The food in the restaurants is akin to processed cardboard and is not fit to eat.
St. Lucia is a beautiful island. The St. James Club is a scar on the face of the beautiful island. Stay elsewhere, Sandals...Rendezvous.
I would not return and would not recommend the resort to anyone!
