There are 4 bays with small clumps of cottage type buildings. Each bay has it's own pool. The units are large, consisiting of a bedroom,living room/kitchen area (these are the one bedroom villas). The units are a little outdated but all in all are pretty nice and they are clean. The staff is very helpful. You have your own private patio, with a beautiful view of the water. At night you can see the lights of Marigot across the bay (you can also see Anguilla) Be sure to enjoy the breakfast buffet served each morning by the pool in Bay 2. Convenient to Marigot and the airport (Dutch side).
