My wife and I vacationed here for 6 days in early July and really enjoyed it. Reading others reviews helped us pick this resort, and I was glad we did. Sometimes the photos displayed on-line do not accurately reflect the place.Our taxi ride in from the airport sent us by some of the other resorts I had considered. They were right on busy roads or were less pleasant then their photos revealed! When we turned down a dirt road outside of Grand Case to get to the resort, I thought I had made a mistake...
When we pulled into the resort parking lot we felt better, but this place doesn't really look great from the road. (It is from the waterside.) This place really grows on you.
We did enjoy several great meals at the resort restaurant, but usually walked into town to one of its fantastic French restaurants.
This island isn't as 'lush' as some other Caribbean destinations, and after one day I figured I'd not choose this island again, but by the end of the trip we knew we had to come back, and there a good chance I would choose the exact same resort!
