Belair Beach Hotel 02/03/01

The Belair Beach Hotel is where my family purshased a timeshare 6 years ago. We go every year in February and it is a beautiful and fun place. The view is gorgeous and although the recent hurricanes have pretty much ruined the beach there, they have taken all measures to try and repair it, and restore it, which should be finished fairly soon. The staff is very friendly, and their restaurant, The Sugarbird Cafe, nicknamed by us affectionately called The "Moneybird" Cafe because of the expense, does have great food and great service. There are many activities right on the grounds, but there are so many other places to visit in St. Martin that we don't feel tied down, yet the resort is secluded enough to feel a presence of safety and privacy. My stays and visits to St. Martin are the best of times mostly in thanks to Belair, and I would never dream of staying somewhere else. I would definitely recommend that even if you do not stay at Belair, you at least take a visit there to see what it is all about. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
