Specifically the bar-staff, they weren't very friendly and ignored much of the clientele. The activities staff gave a good effort, but nothing phenomenal. The food was good, the pools and ocean very warm, however I'd preffer sand instead of crushed shells on the beach, it's rough on the feet. Overall a nice place, but not worth over $1000 (all inclusive).
