Great Bay Resort 06/26/2003

I had a good time at the Great Bay because I was with a group of 18. However I would not go there again for the following reasons: The staff were rude and the drink selection was very limited. The rooms were extremely damp but kept fairly clean by the staff. The activities were good, there was lots to do in the afternoon (almost too much, no time to sit and enjoy the sun, since they kept bugging us to get involved). The evenings were incredibly boring, the only thing to do was go to the Casino. The lounge played the same terrible music all night, every night. Being that the island is based soley on tourism you would think everyone would be more friendly. When we went into town to do some shopping you literally get pulled into the shops in a pushy, irritating manner. Like I said, I had fun because I made it fun and made the best of it. The food was good, the a la carte was amazing but food and dining all not the only things that makes for a good holiday. This was not worth the money and I would not go back.
