Its location is rather remote from most restaurants, Phillipsburg, and Marigot. The studio we rented was very small, bed very hard, and hot water tank kept being a problem, as gas bottle used to heat water kept running out just as you needed a shower and took a little time to fix (3 times). Restaurant on site just adequate, staff was friendly. Its biggest saving grace is its location adjacent to Dawn Beach. I would not return to OBBR.
