1. Not a four star resort, close to a three star.
2. Pillows were so thin I could of sailed with them. Mattresses older than the island itself.
3. The staff, although friendly, treated some new customers poorly when a complaint was made. Go directly to the manager if you have a problem.
4. You can't swim in the lagoon.
5. You need to rent a car, the all inclusive package is filled with a quiet night life, poor restauraunt service, an overpriced buffet etc.
6. Rent a car and eat in Marigot at the Harbour or Marina.
7. We flew via Conquest. Check out was at 11:00 am flight at 8::00 pm. 9 hours without a room.
8. The resort is 90% French.
Whats good about it????
1. Nice lobby, grounds...two great pools, one usually without kids.
2. Our package was all inclusive but replaced our lunch and supper meals with a car. Breakfasts were buffet.....good coffee cappuchino etc. An interesting crowd.
3. Breakfasts-Don't leave food unattended as the birds will eat your eggs. (Sort of cannabilistic)
4. Most staff are good people.
5. Pay more for the lagoon view.
Would I stay there again? I would, but life is too short...I will check out the Grand Case beach Club next time.
