Holland House was surprisingly more charming than anticipated but the staff there couldn't care less about customer service in any way, shape or form. We had to wait 2-1/2 hours for our room to be ready, couldn't get any service at the walk-up bar while waiting for the room and finally, can not get help in regards to them charging me for an extra night there that I didn't spend.
