Excellent
We have been to Provo 4 times now and like it the best of all the islands we have been to. It's pretty laid back so if your looking for a party, go elsewhere. We have settled on Coral Gardens the last couple of times and will stay there again in November. It's a little more upscale, but you can't beat the accomadations nor the staff.
The restraunt, Coyoba, is probably the best place on the Island to eat, but we only have one meal there due to the prices. Can't beat it for a romantic dinner though. We usually opt for places like the Sharkbite or one of the local places like Pub on the Bay (Smokies place). Try the cracked conch.
The beach at Coral Gardens is great. It is directly on the White House reef with some of the best snorkeling on the Island. Snorkel early in the day or around lunch time after the "Beaches" (Someone described it as "recess is out") crowd take their kids back up the beach. Really, the only drawback is that the reef is so popular it's tough to relax on the beach when the guests from the other resorts come to snorkel. But if you move down 50 yards your fine.
Great island, Great people and a good place to just relax.
