Clean, comfortable rooms. Well appointed for a budget hotel. Beds were very comfortable, in-room safe and refrigerator were great, cable tv with about ten channels had spotty reception, but had all the major broadcasters-ABC,FOX,CBS,NBC,ESPN etc. Staff was friendly and warm. Hotel is not on the beach, but it is a short walk down an access path. One word of advice to snorkel enthusiasts--Coral Gardens snorkel site is a 45 minute walk down the beach. It is a lovely 2 mile walk but long carrying gear. Renting a car is a better choice.
