Johnston's Apartments 03/08/2006

My stay at Johnston's apartment was not an experience I particularly want to remember.
The staff are very disorganised- rooms were booked and paid for well in advance (6 months) yet when we arrived, the rooms that were requested, were not available. We were told if we paid, we would have had the room- I was holding the reciept in my hand to prove that we had paid.
Also, the customer service rep needs to be taught what customer service is-she stormed across to our room the day before we were due to check out and shouted at us about having to check out at 11am when our check out was not until one day later. She was very rude and never apologized for her behaviour towards us.
I can honestly say we will never stay at Johnston's Apartment again.
