Tropical Storm Arthur moves west across Yucatan

MIAMI - Tropical Storm Arthur, the first storm of the 2008 Atlantic Hurricane Season, is moving west across Mexico's southern Yucatan Peninsula.
The National Hurricane Center says the storm is expected to be downgraded later Sunday to a tropical depression, unless it veers north over the Bay of Campeche and regains strength.
