One Week Dedicated for Discovering Biodynamic Wines
February 8-13 will be a great week for wine lovers. Jean-Baptiste Bars, the owner of Absolutely Wine in Grand Fond, has organized a week-long program to introduce biodynamic wines to St. Barth. The production of biodynamic wines can be compared with the principals of organic farming. Representatives from four French vineyards who follow this practice to produce their wines will be on hand to explain the process during presentations that will be followed by wine tastings. Dinners that showcase the wines will be hosted the evenings of February 9-13 at five different restaurants.
